Adam Gessler’s Authorial Restaurant serves dishes of Silesian and Polish cuisine. New menu comprises only fresh dishes, not frozen. Dishes are served by cooks straight from a frying pan or pot to a warm plate. Every morning a diversified breakfast is available and scrambled eggs, omelette, sausages are served by cooks straight from the frying pan. We bake fresh bakery products every day according to a traditional recipe. Drink Bar is a place to ensure relaxation after a hard days work.
